Cranbrook’s draft 2024-2027 Strategic Plan has been adopted by the city council, which will guide the city’s decision-making for the next four years. Madison Melcher, a senior business administration major from Rockwall, Texas, placed first in the competition with her business plan, Covered by Grace, and received a $5,000 cash prize.
