With the spring car-buying season in full swing, those looking for a deal in the used-car market are not likely to find one. According to a new report, “Used Market Enters Uncharted Territory Post-Pandemic,” released from car-shopping site Edmunds.com, though used car prices softened a bit recently they still remain historically high. Canadian households are more in debt than those in any other G7 country, and the amount they owe is now more than the value of the country’s entire economy. FAA orders grounding of all Air Canada and Rouge flights in US lifted

A brief ground stop order for all Air Canada and Rouge flights in the US due to an unspecified computer issue has been lifted. A little after 11 am ET on Thursday, the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) ordered what’s known as a “ground stop” to all of the airline’s destinations in the US due to unspecified “internal computer issues.” According to the FAA, the order came at the request of the airline. City to update Housing Business Plan to apply for federal funding – DiscoverMooseJaw.com

The city council approved a change order to update the city’s Housing Business Plan in order to apply for federal funding. The federal government recently announced that $4 billion in funding would be available through the Housing Accelerator Fund Program. Consultants are currently working on updating the city’s Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaws. City council approved transferring $10,500 from the Innovative Housing account to the OCP and Zoning Bylaw update account.
