Procam Launches 100 Days of Running Challenge

Procam International, a pioneer in the distance running revolution, has launched a new avatar for HDOR – 100 Days of Running, a movement that aims to build a culture of consistent fitness. The program, which has been running for 11 years, invites people of all ages and fitness levels to run, walk, cycle, or take on a duathlon, wherever they are and in a way that works for them.
Introduction to HDOR
Registrations for the program open on India’s National Sports Day, August 29, 2026, and the 100-day journey begins on October 10, 2026, concluding on January 17, 2027. The program is inspired by the vision of Fit India and is designed to make fitness easy to start, fun to sustain, and accessible to everyone.
The HDOR program is built around a simple framework that helps build consistency and rewards participants for making daily movement a habit. Participants can choose their activity, move at their own pace, and track their journey through the HDOR app or compatible wearable and fitness platforms.

How HDOR Works
To participate in HDOR, individuals can download the HDOR app, choose their activity, and complete a minimum of 2.5 km of running or walking or 8 km of cycling per day. Participants must be active on at least 85 out of the 100 days to qualify as a finisher and can take up to 15 rest days throughout the program.
The program also includes a virtual fitness buddy, GoGo, who keeps participants motivated and guided throughout their journey. Additionally, participants can take on challenges, climb leaderboards, hit milestones, and win rewards worth ₹10 lakh.
In terms of accessibility, HDOR is designed to remove traditional barriers to participation, making fitness accessible regardless of age, location, or experience. Whether it’s a first-time participant, a senior citizen, a family, a corporate, or a running club, everyone can participate in their own way.

Community Impact
The Akshaya Patra Foundation, a direct implementation partner for the PM POSHAN program, has partnered with HDOR as the exclusive Community Impact Partner. Through this partnership, every participant will have the opportunity to contribute towards providing hot and nutritious meals to children every school day.
Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, says, “HDOR isn’t really about 100 days of running. It’s about using 100 days of movement to build a habit. You don’t need to be fit to start. You start to become fit.” The vision of HDOR is to make movement accessible to every household and contribute to the larger vision of a Fit India.
Procam International continues to promote distance running and fitness in India, and the launch of HDOR’s new avatar marks an exciting development in the company’s mission to make fitness a daily routine, not an occasional resolution. With its strong platform, wider reach, and renewed ambition, HDOR is poised to inspire a new wave of fitness enthusiasts across the country.
